You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you (or a third party you name) receive the painting. Send your withdrawal by email to hello@krausekai.de or by post to Kai Krause, Coquistraße 14, 39104 Magdeburg, Germany.
I will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days, using the same payment method you used. I may withhold the refund until the painting has been returned or you have provided proof of return. I bear the cost of return shipping.
